Shipping Delivery Prices & Information
We operate on 1–2 working days for dispatch. During busier periods (Oct–Dec), dispatch times may increase to 3–4 working days. We always keep our dispatch times up to date on the website.
Temporary Shipping Update
From 19 November 2025, all shipments that would normally go out with Yodel will be sent via Royal Mail instead. This change will stay in place until at least mid‑December, while we work through the seasonal rush and keep deliveries running smoothly.
Important Notice – Shipments to the US
Due to current import tariff regulations, our couriers have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We're actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipping to the US as soon as possible.

UK Mainland
Orders 0–3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via APC.
Delivery via Yodel can take 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
Large furniture items will need to be shipped via pallet. We will contact you via email to arrange the delivery.

Orders 0–3kg for the Scottish Highlands will be sent via Yodel, and 3kg+ with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
The following postcodes fall into the Scottish Highlands and Isles: AB37–AB38, AB41–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV1–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80–PA88, PH17–PH44, PH49–PH50, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.

European Shipping

Orders are shipped with DHL.
EU delivery usually takes up to 1 week after dispatch, but customs delays may occur. Outside the EU, delivery can take up to 15 working days.
EU orders may incur customs fees, payable by the receiver.

Please note that we're currently unable to ship Zone 6 orders weighing 1kg or more.

Important Information
Shipping Dangerous Goods
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential Oils, Blends, Essential Oil Mists, Room Sprays, Organic Essential Oils or products which contain alcohol, such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes). We can confirm that we can ship dangerous goods by road ONLY. We are unable to send dangerous goods by air.
BFPO / PO BOX Addresses
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK.
Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery, as prices will vary.
For orders outside of the UK that need to be shipped via pallet, the shipping will be charged separately and we will provide a quotation via email.
