We trust that your purchase meets your satisfaction. Our commitment to product quality is paramount, and we stand behind the excellence of our beauty, health, and wellness items.

Given the nature of our products, particularly in the realms of beauty and health, we are unable to accept returns for used or opened items. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return or replacement.

For a full refund, you may return the product by mail within 28 days of the delivery date, provided the original receipt is included, and the product remains in its original condition. After 28 days or without a receipt, you can still return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value. Please note that if the return is unrelated to defects, incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Postage for your records.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours, retaining all packaging. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may hinder our ability to replace your order at no additional cost, as it affects our ability to file a claim with the courier.

To report damage, email support@perfectionforthehome.co.uk with a brief description and photographic evidence, including at least two photos of the damage and the packaging.

For secure and prompt delivery, we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note that return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless the product is found to be defective, in which case we will refund all shipping and postage costs.

Include the following information with your return: your preference for a refund or replacement (applicable only if the original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 14 days), the reason for the return, a description of the item, and its price.

Upon receipt, your return will be promptly processed, and exchange packages will be shipped via Royal Mail. The processing and transit time for exchange packages typically take 7-10 business days from the receipt of your exchange request at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK holidays.

If you opt for a full refund, we will reimburse the price paid for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used or payment method.
